The City of Pomona Wastewater Master Plan (Master Plan) presents an assessment of the hydraulic capacity of the City’s sewers, a current evaluation of the four pump station conditions, and identification of possible capital improvement projects to address existing and projected future capacity requirements. The City’s previous Master Plan was completed in 2005 and updated to reflect subsequent/projected growth and sewer improvements. The 2019 Master Plan document defines anticipated growth and infrastructure requirements up to 2040. The Master Plan is the culmination of work by the City staff, the City’s consultant (Woodard & Curran), and sub-consultant US Cubed (flow monitoring). The Master Plan includes data from SCAG, the City’s Planning Division, and proposed land development projections.
