The City contracts with EyeMed Insurance to provide a voluntary plan to eligible City employees. EyeMed provides for one eye exam and standard frames and lenses every 12 months. This is a voluntary plan and is fully paid by employees.

Monthly Vision Insurance Rates

Effective January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024

Deductions for vision insurance premiums are taken from your pay check on a pre-tax basis.
