The City's Deferred Compensation Plan, also known as 457(b) Plan, is an excellent way for employees to save and invest for retirement. All employees (full-time and part-time) are eligible to participate in the plan immediately upon employment. The plan is administered by Empower, formerly Mass Mutual. To enroll, change your contribution amount, change investment options, check your balance, and many other options please visit the Retire Smart website at www. retiresmart.com. Click on "Register" on the top right corner of the screen.
