The City of Pomona's Vehicle Parking District (VPD) is administered by a seven-person commission that is responsible for regulating, (enforced by the Pomona Police department) 25 parking lots within the Downtown area. These include various duration parking including timed, permit, and lease parking lots.
The VPD Office is located in Pomona City Hall, 505 South Garey Avenue on the second floor. For more information on parking opportunities, or if you would like to speak to a VPD staff member you can call 909-620-3782 or 909-620-2410.Between the hours of Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The VPD provides public parking for all Pomona Downtown patrons, residents, businesses and property owners. Twenty-five (25) parking lots are located throughout the Downtown with two lots just south of Holt Avenue. The standard daily parking fee is $2 per 24 hour period from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day or as signed (some exception apply). The first two hours are free. Lot 8 is $4 per day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and free until 8 a.m. the next morning. One can purchase a quarterly commuter parking permit at different rates. The permit is not applicable to street parking. The rates are as follows:

Parking permits may be purchased at City Hall 505 South Garey Ave. Pomona, CA 91766 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. If unable to purchase a parking permit during these office hours, or if you have any questions please call 909-620-2410.
Commuter parking permits may be purchased for lots 5, 10 & 12. Commuter permits are not applicable for on-street parking.
