To report an issue, just launch the Pomona Go app, select 'Requests' from the bottom toolbar, and then choose 'Create a New Request'.

How do I make an account in the New Pomona Go App?

Making an account through the app is simple. Just open the app, navigate to "Account" on the bottom toolbar, and tap "Create One".

If you need to communicate directly with a specific department regarding your request, open the Pomona Go App and select the "Directory" homepage icon. You will then be redirected to our website page where you can select the correct number to call.
