Cross Connection City of Pomona Code

In adherence to regulatory standards, the City of Pomona upholds the guidelines outlined in Section 62-200 of the Backflow Prevention Devices Code. Our commitment to water safety is reflected in the implementation of the City of Pomona's Cross-Connection Control Program, a mandate stemming from the State Water Resources Control Board. This directive is established under Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations, Division 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter 1, Group 4, specifically within Sections 7583 through 7605. Through this program, we ensure the protection and preservation of water quality, safeguarding the well-being of our community.
