Citizens Oversight Committee (COC)

The Citizens Oversight Committee (COC), in accordance with the provisions of the City of Pomona Municipal Code Section 50-651, serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council with respect to the City's Transactions and Use Tax set forth in Article XI of the City of Pomona Municipal Code.

The COC holds regular meetings on the third Thursday of August, October, February, and April.
