Backflow Device Installation Checklist

If you are a commercial, agricultural, industrial, or institutional water service customer, it is mandatory to have backflow prevention assemblies installed. These may be required during property improvements or by an inspection conducted by a Cross Connection Control Specialist. It is important to note that backflow prevention assemblies must be tested upon installation, whenever they are required, replaced, or relocated, as well as on an annual basis.
